A series of storms will bring rain and strong winds to the Central Valley starting Friday and lasting through the weekend. Highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. Snow level 7500 feet in the Sierra Nevada (pretty high for November). A wind advisory has been issued for portions of the valley from 7am to 10pm Friday. A flood watch is also in effect for the Sierra Nevada from Saturday night to Sunday night. Watch KSEE 24 News for complete weather details. ALSO: Tonight I'll be broadcasting live from the Tulare Outlet Center to collect coats for our Coats for Kids Drive. See you there!
