High pressure is settling into the valley, which means the air becomes a little stagnant. That makes the low clouds and fog difficult to clear out. So say goodbye to the Sun until this weekend. Areas of dense fog could develop overnight, but even where it doesn't, the low clouds will remain through Friday and most of the day Saturday. Highs only in the 50s. Low remain in the 40s.
