A frost advisory has been issued for the Central Valley from 2am to 8am Tuesday. Temperatures will be below freezing in some areas for up to 6 hours. High pressure will get stronger each day, giving the valley abundant sunshine. Temperatures will get warmer through Friday at least. That includes the morning low temperatures.
