The accused “cannibal cop” discussed his “violent sexual fantasies” with at least 20 people in emails and Internet chats, new court papers reveal.

Gilberto Valle, the NYPD officer charged with plotting to kidnap, roast and eat women, is being held without bail under “extraordinarily harsh” conditions that include solitary confinement, his lawyer complained in court papers filed Monday.

In the memorandum, defense lawyer Julia Gatto urged U.S. District Court Judge Paul Gardephe to give Valle a speedy trial, and protested federal prosecutors’ recent “paper dump” of information with details about co-conspirators in the bizarre alleged plot.
