A Terra Bella woman has been arrested for child endangerment.
Authorities say she had been smoking excessive amounts of marijuana around her two children.
It's a story out of the KSEE 24 south valley bureau...
23 year old Nikki Ray was taken into custody yesterday after taking her one year old baby to Sierra View District Hospital.
The baby was described to be in a dazed state, and tested positive for marijuana.
Investigators say Ray is a medical marijuana user, and smokes it around her two children.
