Man Without Hands Sues Six Flags for Being Booted from Ride

Clint Bench's congenital deformity means his hands are only partially formed, but they're still functional. So he wasn't sure why was pulled off the Aquaman Splashdown ride at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington last May.

Bench can ride a mountain bike, do pullups and even fire a gun. He's also ridden pretty much every other roller coaster at Six Flags without incident. This seemingly random enforcement of Six Flags' "must have one full arm to ride this ride" rule, which didn't appear in the rider's guide until four months after the incident, has inspired Bench to seek damages for suffering and mental anguish.
