Police have arrested a suspect in last night's shooting at the Visalia Mall.
Officers say 18-year-old Anthony Hansen is a known gang member and was arrested without incident at his home in Visalia in connection with last night's shooting.
Two men were wounded in the shooting. 20-year-old Miguel Alcala was the intended target, and 21-year-old Steven Haynes was a bystander.
The mall was evacuated after the shooting. Visalia police say this was an isolated incident between two rival gangs who just crossed paths at the mall.
Officers say more arrests are coming.
