(WHDH) A Weymouth, Massachusetts man is being accused of failing to pay a bar bill and then hitting the employee that confronted him.
Surveillance video captured from outside Bucks Bar in Weymouth shows the suspect getting into his car after he left without paying his tab.
Prosecutors said the 38-year-old victim who had been playing darts with the suspect tried to get him to come back in.
Instead the driver identified as 48-year-old Michael Fay of Weymouth hit the man, pinning him between two cars. Fay took off leaving the victim lying in the parking lot with serious injuries.
