Cops Caught Egging Superior's House

Sounds like the Newton, Mass., police department needs a new internal grievance protocol.

When cops in nearby Framingham responded to a report that teenagers were tossing eggs at a house, what they found was actually three off-duty Newton police officers scrambling to get away.

The officers insisted the egg-chucking was just "a prank, a joke between friends."

Further inquiries revealed that the house they were egging belonged to the Newton police sergeant, the pranksters' superior officer. He said he'd handle the matter internally.
