An Arizona man, his wife pleaded guilty to bestiality charges in court on Wednesday after police caught them using Craigslist to find a dog to have sex with according to the Arizona Republic.

Shane Walker, 38, and Sarah Dae Walker, 33, and Robert Aucker, 26, were arrested in February at a low budge motel in Mesa where they planned to have the sick tryst, the Arizona Republic reported.

The trio had agreed to meet up with a man and his golden shepherd mix - but the dog owner turned out to be an undercover cop.

Maricopa County police began tailing the Walkers about two weeks before the sting after an animal crimes investigator found a Craiglist ad reading, "Wife looking for K9," the newspaper said. The investigator traded emails with the couple, who offered sexual favors from Sarah in exchange for access to the animal, police said.

The three were arrested at the Quality Inn Mesa on February 27.

After the bust, Aucker told detectives he had been sleeping with Sarah for a month and that "she shared with him dreams of having sex with a dog," the sheriff's office said, according to the Phoenix New Times.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio called the three "a different breed, that's for certain."
