Most of us try to stay out of the way of the fuzz when we're cruising down the highway, but watch this Michigan driver get right up in a cop's window and attempt to pull him over for driving without a seat belt.
Wait, what?
Apparently perturbed that the officer was driving recklessly with a K-9 on board, Steven McClain, self-appointed keeper of the seat belt law (he maintains a stash of pics of officials who drive without one), says he just wanted to discuss dog safety with the guy.
