Adrian Egure was watching the news Monday night and noticed he was on it. His picture among 23 members of the notorious gang, La Familia. People who were recently arrested on drug and weapons charges.

"My stomach has been killing me all day just thinking about it," Egure said.

He's isn't behind bars and says he definitely isn't a member of the gang. In fact, he showed up to work Tuesday morning while his phone filled up with messages from friends and family. "They're like hey what's going on? Are you a part of the drug cartel? That wasn't cool seeing or hearing that," he said.

Egure's picture was accidentally posted during a press conference. Ben Buford with The Department of Justice confirmed it over the phone. He said quote, "It was a mistake obviously. It was a mistake by our team. We'll try to make sure it doesn't happen again."

Buford told Egure the Department of Justice was looking for a person with the same name and it pulled the wrong picture from DMV records. Buford also apologized to him.

"He was really sorry but it's not enough. I don't want people to think I'm someone I'm not." Egure said he just wanted to clear his name.
