Fresno County Sheriff's deputies are looking for 21-year-old Ernie Chanmany. They believe he's involved in 16-year-old Sammy Mercado's disappearance. He's described as 5' 6" tall, 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Mercado has been missing since last Thursday, he was last seen at a marijuana grow on Annadale and Willow attempting to steal some plants with two others. Deputies say one of the two shot at Mercado and left him behind. When they went to get him, he was gone.
Deputies are also looking for two vehicles associated with Ernie Chanmany. One is an emerald green 1995 Dodge Ram 4x4 truck, license plate number 54467A1. The other is a red 97 Dodge 1500 extended cab pickup, license plate number 4HPU643.
