Clovis firefighters pulled an unconscious elderly woman from her burning home Wednesday evening.
The fire broke out at an apartment complex near Bullard and Minewawa around 8 p.m.
The woman was taken to the hospital suffering from smoke inhalation. Officials said she is expected to survive.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Investigators said there was about $65,000 in damage to the woman's apartment and minor damage to the one next door.
