Authorities are searching for an inmate who escaped from custody early Monday while visiting the Sierra Community Health Center in Fresno.
Authorities say 32 year old Thanousone Volart escaped out a bathroom door at the medical facility on Monday and was picked up by someone driving a red Honda.
Volart is described as being 5'7", 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red jump-suit and shackles.
Volart was being held on federal drug charges.
