A Fresno man arrested last month on child pornography charges was re-arrested this week on allegations that he molested a 13-year-old boy.
Investigators say 36-year-old David Hume engaged in explicit on-line chats with the victim, then met with the teen two separate times.
Hume is also accused of downloading and sharing child pornography.
