The prosecution spent the entire day calling witnesses. The judge will make a decision whether there's enough to move forward with trial on Friday.
We heard from Fresno officers and detectives about what happened on October 5th and 6th in 2010. Starting from when the 8-year-old was snatched up from the front yard where kids were playing.
Detectives were also asked about how a Good Samaritan, Victor Perez, spotted Gonzalez' truck and started to trail it. Detectives detailed how Perez tried to cut off Gonzalez three times on the road. And how the 8-year-old poked her head up in her seat from under the dashboard. That's when Gonzalez pushed the girl out of his truck.
