Marcella Farson of Akron, Ohio, has high hopes for 2013. Her identical-twin daughters just gave birth — on the exact same day, to cousins Donavyn Scott Bratten and Aiden Lee Alan Dilts.
It wasn't planned that way: The twins' due dates were about a week apart.
New grandma Farson says the past couple months of her daughters' pregnancies have helped prepare her for impending sleepless nights. "I would get a whiny phone call in the middle of the night [from one daughter] and I would hang the phone up and literally five minutes later I would have the other one crying," she recalls.
Hopefully Grandma will catch a break, or a nap, soon.
