There will be plenty of events around the central valley to remember Dr. King.
Starting with the annual march in downtown Fresno...
If you're going to be in the parade, organizers ask that you assemble at 9am in front of St. John's Cathedral.
The march will begin promptly at 10am.
The march will then be followed by a commemorative program at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
That happens at 10:45am.
Canned food donations will be accepted.
