A west Boca Raton man who wanted to "Dust Off" a bad day by inhaling the canned cleaner was arrested after deputies found him unresponsive in front of his house.
It's the second time since October that Ian David Finkelstein, 29, has been arrested for inhaling a harmful chemical, according to an arrest report filed by a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office deputy.
Finkelstein, who has the words "The Money is the Motive" emblazoned on his neck in a tattoo, told the deputy that he began inhaling the substance after a bad day that involved a car accident.
The investigation began at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, when another deputy on patrol discovered a man lying "unresponsive" in front of a home in the 18000 block of Clear Brook Circle in west Boca Raton.
