Fresno Sheriff's deputies are also working a murder investigation after a collision at Polk and Whitesbridge.
A vehicle versus pedestrian call came in at about 11pm Saturday night.
A man's body was found off the roadway...
Deputies say the man had been run over by a truck.
Upon further investigation, detectives found the man had died before he was hit by the truck.
The victim was identified as 19 year old Humberto Nunez of Reedley.
He was last seen in the area of 15th and F Streets in Reedley.
He's said to have left that area about an hour and a half before his body was found 30 miles away.
