The hunt is on for the disgusting driver who appears to ram into a defenseless dog in an alleyway and keeps going.
Police in St. Petersburg, Fla., released surveillance video that captures a blue, 4-door sedan running over a Jack Russell terrier named Snoopy just before 8 a.m. Monday, according to CBS affiliate WTSP-TV.
“What kind of scumbag are you?” asked Snoopy’s owner, Paul Alves, who said his dog had accidentally slipped out of his fenced-in backyard near where he was killed.
