It was no happy meal for one Georgia mom who says her daughter's McDonald’s breakfast burrito came with an unwanted accessory: a nose ring.
Frances Rosario, of Gwinnett County, said she bought the morning meal Wednesday for her 4-year-old daughter. The girl was only a few bites away from swallowing the accessory, which was tucked inside the burrito, according to a local news station.
