The 3rd annual KSEE 24 Bra Banner of Hope project is underway. The banner displays decorated bras for Breast Cancer Awareness. Fresno resident Carolyn Evans has participated in the project every year; she is the first to pin her bra on the latest banner.
Carolyn says she participates in memory of her cousin who passed away from ovarian cancer. She sees her bra as a show of support for those touched by the disease.
