Fresno Boy Struck, Killed By Train

A 12 year-old boy was hit and killed by a train on his way to school Tuesday morning. Police say he ran in front of it. He was a student at Wawona Middle School where grief counselors were on campus. Joe Ybarra has the story.

Repeat Offender Arrested 20 Times, Bail at $112 Million

19 year old Collin Earheart has been arrested for the 20th time. The presiding judge has set bail at $112 million because he feels Earheart is a threat to society. Justin Willis spoke with Earhart's attorney and explains why he has been released from jail so many times.

Senate OK's Kagan for Supreme Court

Elena Kagan was easily confirmed Thursday as the next associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, completing the 50-year-old native New Yorker's climb to the peak of the American legal profession. The 63-37 vote was more than enough to override last-minute GOP delays or a filibuster.
