Search and Rescue Dogs, Handlers on Search for Disaster Victims
When tragedy strikes, such as the tornado in Oklahoma, the search for survivors is a race against the clock. Search dogs are often used to find victims. Fresno County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Volunteers and their search dogs were on Sunrise Friday to talk about what it takes to get dogs operation ready and about some of the searches local K9s have been involved in.

Fresno's 144th Fighter Wing Hosts Community Covenant Signing
Mayor Ashley Swearingen and Col. Clay Garrison, 144th Fighter Wing commander joined several other community leaders in signing a covenant that will create a greater awareness of the needs of local service members, veterans and their families who live and work in the local community.
