Construction on northbound lanes of Highway 99 resumes tonight. Lanes will be reduced by 2 between Fresno St. and Shaw Ave., and certain exits will be closed intermittently. Regan Johnson was recently killed along this corridor near the Clinton exit.
Cal Trans officials want to remind everyone travelling through this area to "slow for the cone zone." Construction takes place between 9pm and 5am through Friday, August 3rd.
