An Inside Look: Teens Behind Bars

According to the California Legislative Analyst Office, nearly 15,000 teens are behind bars in California.
Many of the kids serve time in facilities that are a lot like prison, but there are some programs in the state that focus on rehabilitation.
In Madera County, violent or repeat offenders are often sentenced to juvenile boot camp.
