Tulare resident Chuck Simonian has been creating impressive works of metal art for over 30 years.
He's a blacksmith by trade, but that title involves much more than shoeing horses. He makes beautiful fences and railings, as well as spiritual pieces, and delicate works of art.
The process is hot and noisy, but impressive.
