Fresno firefighters had trouble finding the cause of the explosions inside a furniture business at Church and East Avenues in south Fresno.
The store had been open for about 7 years, selling mainly beds and mattresses.
Despite the damage the owner managed to salvage some of his business.
It was an older building, and it's structure proved difficult for firefighters, who to took about 4 hours to get the blaze under control.
The fire began at about 3:30 this morning.
The cause is under investigation.
