Fresno Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred early Monday morning near Van Ness and McKinley in Fresno. Chief Jerry Dyer said one woman died as a result of her wounds. Another woman and a Fresno Police officer were stabbed and are both in stable condition at a hospital. The suspect was arrested. No identities have been released.
