Hollywood's Best Shine at 2013 Golden Globes

A thriller about the real life Iran hostage saga of the late 70's beat out favorites "Lincoln" and "Zero Dark Thirty" for the night's big honor...

And "Argo"'s director, Ben Affleck also won, just days after being snubbed for a nomination by the Academy Awards.

"I don't care...Extraordinary thing in your life."

No surprises in the acting categories for drama.

Jessica Chastain won best actress for "Zero Dark Thirty".

Best actor went to Daniel Day Lewis for "Lincoln".

Three big wins on the night for "Les Miserables."

It scored best musical or comedy, best actor for Hugh Jackman, and best supporting actress for Anne Hathaway.

Honors for best actress in a musical or comedy went to Jennifer Lawrence for "Silver Linings Playbook".

Best supporting actor went to Christoph Waltz for "Django Unchained".

In the television categories, "Homeland" won big for the second year in a row... Best drama, and best actress for Claire Danes.

Plus, a first-time best actor win for Damian Lewis..

HBO's "Girls" pulled a double surprise, winning best comedy, and best actress in a comedy for the show's creator, Lena Dunham.

Kudos for best actor in a comedy went to Don Cheadle for 'House of Lies'.

No globes for nominees Tina Fey and Amy Poehler... But they scored as the show's hosts.

"Ricky Gervais couldn't attend... He's no longer technically in show business."
