The shooting is on just about everyone's mind.

At the show, a lot of people were talking about it.

Our cameras weren't allowed inside.

But we're told the show started with a moment of silence for the victims.

Gun control isn't something people wanted to talk about.

Obviously, people were there to look at guns and possibly buy them.

We did talk with promoter Mitch McKinley.

He says tighter laws are not what we should be focusing on.

"It is sad...Our minds are on the folks over there...But it's not the guns that did the crime...It's the individual."

In case you're wondering, you can't just go to the show and buy a gun.

Everyone has to pass a background check and go through a waiting period first.

The show is downtown at the Valdez Hall.

Sunday is the last day to go but the promoter says it'll be back next year.

The promoter also says the show had been in the works for months.

He says cancelling it would have hurt a lot of businesses and cost people money.
