Fresno police officers arrested a man who displayed some strange behavior Tuesday night.
Officers received a 9-1-1 call from a motorist traveling on Kings Canyon and Peach saying that there was a man clinging to the trunk of a car.
Police say Ruben Aguilar, 50, came up to a woman who was in the area of Community Hospital and asked for a ride.
She told him no, and tried to drive away, that's when he climbed onto the trunk and held on.
Police caught up to the car and were able to arrest Aguilar.
They say he's a registered sex offender, was wearing an ankle monitor, and on meth at the time of the arrest.
