Sanger police are investigating a homicide at 9tH and L St.
While details are minimal, family members say it stems from a domestic issue.
Officers found a 40 year old woman deceased inside her home about 9am and say foul play is suspected.
Family members say the victim is Sandra Cantu.
Police say several of her family members live close by and are being interviewed.
KSEE 24 news spoke with the victim's cousin.
Michael Garcia, Victim's Cousin: "We think it was domestic violence. Something was going on in the house. We really don't know much, but we know there was something taking place."
Family members say the victim was very outgoing and loved being around her family.
The investigation is ongoing.
