The Fresno attorneys and Judge Wayne Ellison arrived at the Los Angeles County courthouse, Van Nuys, this morning to review the nearly 150 juror questionnaires, the potential jurors filled out yesterday afternoon. The prosecution and defense agreed to eliminate dozens of the potential jurors for various reasons. The attorney will conduct voire dire tomorrow morning with 96 potential jurors.

Judge Ellison held a hearing this afternoon regarding media coverage. He set ground rules for video cameras, blogging, video taping witnesses, etc.

The opening statements of the trial are scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 22. Larrissa Schuster's attorney Roger Nuttall said he doesn't know at this point if he'll wait to make his opening statement until later in the trial.
