i am self employed havent had a job in 4 mos so couldnt make my shop and mortgage so i just left couldnt bare to lose everything did nt realize i could have stayed longer ask to just give it back the answer was no than they wanted to modify it stil couldnt afford that payment so am trying to quick sell it now the realtor said we could get taxed on the sale even though we wont see the money now the realtor says he needs to lower the price ive lost everthing our dog our house our life

As first time homebuyers we saved for over a year to have enough money to place an offer and a $5,000 deposit to the seller (bank owned). We were unable to get the seller to accept my VA HOME LOAN so we withdrew our offer within the contractual timeline. Now the bank won’t release the $5,000 deposit. No reason. No Answers. Our real estate agent and her management team told us there is nothing that allows the seller to keep our deposit so we might have to take them to court! Suggestions?

nobody would work with us a eviction notice will be on our door any day now and nobody in the town of mariposa ca will not rent to us as we have animalls i will be living in my car for chritmas i have son with 24yrs inthe air force who is now going to the pentagon and one son who is a diabled vet and i have to live in my car soon please try to help me thankyou anita holmes
