Clovis Police have arrested 23-year-old Jordan Perez. Perez is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old and 16-year-old on the grounds of Jefferson Elementary School in Clovis. Police say the incidents took place last February and March and happened late at night. Perez is accused of being a gang member and of using his gang affiliation to intimidate the girls into having sex with him. Police say there may be other victims and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP.
