Lawyers for Fresno businessman Kirk Vartanian had said he would turn himself in on Wednesday, following the issuing of an arrest warrant for him on Tuesday. But, law enforcement officials, apparently tired of waiting for Vartanian, went to a Fig Garden Village restaurant, and placed him under arrest shortly before 1 pm. Vartanian was wanted on 16 felony counts of grand theft related to his now closed luxury auto dealership, The Auto Gallery. This is raw video from the scene of the arrest.
