Jenifer Alcorn shows us her workout for upper body strength with the help of her client, Carla Milton. Carla started working out with Jenifer in November. Her starting weight was over 200 pounds. Now, six months later, Carla has reduced her body fat content to 12.3%. Jenifer attributes Carla's success to strength training, including some of the exercises Jenifer and Carla demonstrated for us today.
