This morning on KSEE Sunrise Jenifer Alcorn showed us how to increase sports agility just in time for back to school athletics. Anthony Thomas with Choice Fitness and Athletic Training at GB3 demonstrated the drills. He showed us three four-corner drills : the Horizontal Shuffle, the Carioca, and the Comeback. Jenifer and Athony used four cones to perform the exercises, but they say you can also use towels or t-shirts.
