There'll be games, prizes a concert for kids, and even fun for the parents. The Spring Carnival happens tomorrow at the Ronald McDonald House, next to Children's Hospital from 10am to 2pm. The City of Fresno will be bussing families in from all over to take part in the free event. For more information, call 447-6793.
