It's Get Movin' Monday! This morning on KSEE Sunrise, Pamela Prado spends the morning live at Manchester Center in Fresno with a group of mall walkers. The program is under the Fresno Adult School. Mall walking is Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Just head to the entrance by Red Robin and the carousel. Walking has many health benefits, including helping to lose weight, lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Plus, many of the walkers say it helps their mental health as well. There's also an exercise class afterward upstairs in the mall. Pictured are Sylvia and Joe, two dedicated mall walkers!
