This Halloween, roll up the sleeve of whatever costume your wearing and stop in to the new Central Fresno location of the Central California Blood Center. A host of scary and sweet characters joined KSEE Sunrise Halloween morning to show off the new place and remind everyone now is the perfect time to give blood.
