Amgen Tour Road Closures For May 16th

Stage #4 of the 2012 AMGEN Tour of California will begin in Sonora and pass through the communities of Mariposa and Oakhurst before finishing in downtown Clovis.

Please be prepared for closures at the following locations (times are not exact and may be modified):
• SR-49 will be closed for northbound traffic from SR-120 beginning at 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Roadway will be closed to southbound traffic beginning 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the race.
• SR-49 will be closed for northbound traffic from CR-152 beginning at 10:30 am to 12:45 pm. Roadway will be closed to southbound traffic beginning 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the race.
• SR-140 will be closed for eastbound traffic through the city of Mariposa beginning at 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
• SR-49 will be closed for northbound traffic from SR-41 beginning at 12:00 pm to 2:15 pm. Roadway will be closed for southbound traffic beginning 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the race.
• SR-41 will be closed to traffic between Crane Valley Road/Road 223 and SR-49 beginning at 1:15 pm.
• Crane Valley Road/Road 223 will be closed to traffic between Road 221 and SR-41 beginning at 1:15 pm
• Road 221 will be closed to traffic between Road 200 and Crane Valley Road/Road 223 beginning at 2:15 pm

• Road 200 will be closed to traffic between Road 211 and Road 221 beginning at 2:15 pm.
• Road 211 will be closed to traffic between Road 206 and Road 200 beginning at 2:45 pm.
• Friant Road will be closed to traffic between North Fork Road and Road 211 beginning at 2:45 pm.
• Friant Road will be closed to traffic between Willow Avenue and North Fork Road beginning at 3:15 pm.
• Willow Avenue will be closed to traffic between Friant Road and Copper Avenue beginning at 3:15 pm.
• Copper Avenue will be closed to traffic between Minnewawa Avenue and Willow Avenue beginning at 3:15 pm
• Minnewawa Avenue will be closed to traffic between Shepard Avenue and Copper Avenue beginning at 3:15 pm.

Additionally, please be prepared for traffic delays on all roadways around downtown Clovis.
