Disney's Cinderella is being performed at Fresno's Memorial Auditorium. This morning on KSEE Sunrise we talked with Cinderella, played by Emily Estep and director Caitlin Stevenson.

Children’s Musical Theaterworks, Fresno’s premiere non-profit children’s theater company, is pleased to announce the opening of Disney’s Cinderella (Kids) at the end of this month.

Families will enjoy this timeless Disney adaptation of the classic animated fairytale. Poor Cinderella is endlessly mistreated by her wicked stepmother and stepsisters, and denied a chance to go to the Royal Ball. With a little help from her mouse friends and a lot of help from her Fairy Godmother, Cinderella goes to the ball, meets the Prince, and falls in love!

With a beautiful score including "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" and the classic “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo,” this musical will charm its way into your heart and remind you that dreams really can come true.

Cinderella, directed by Skyler Gray and Caitlin Stevenson, with vocal coach Shannah Estep, will star CMT’s youngest performers, aged 6-10. The show runs from July 22-30 at the Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium in downtown Fresno.

Show and ticket information can be found on CMT’s website: cmtworks.com or by calling the box office at 559-442-3140. Beat the heat and don’t miss out on this fabulous production!
