For the 46th time, the eyes of the International Agricultural community remain focused on Tulare. The annual World Ag Expo kicked off on Tuesday. The 3-day event brings thousand of people from dozens of countries into the Central Valley. And this year, it's bigger, faster and stronger as far as what is on display.
