Outdoor ice skating may sound like a great thing to do in the colder months on the East Coast or in the Midwest. But not anymore!! YOU can hit the ice in Downtown Fresno starting Nov. 9th. The Downtown Ice Rink on the Fulton Mall opens to skaters at 10am. But KSEE Sunrise hit the ice for a cool preview.
