KJWL's Bruce & Feleena give us the lowdown on the Gumbo Throwdown

KJWL's Bruce & Feleena welcomed Mike Shackleford from Trelio who shared his Gumbo recipe. It's all to promote the 4th Annual Gumbo Throwdown this weekend at the Vineyard Farmer's Market.

You can sample gumbo prepared by chef's from around the valley including: Shackleford, the Cracked Pepper Bistro’s Vatche Moukhtarian, Scott Sauer of Max’s Bistro and Dustin Steward from Dusty bun's Bistro Bus. There will also be plenty of live Cajun music and a beer garden.

The Gumbo Throwdown is Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
