Itzayana "Itzy" Chaidez was lost in a traffic accident one year ago when she was ejected from a vehicle. She wasn't wearing her seat belt. But her story is the motivation behind the inaugural Itzy Fest on Sunday, September 2nd in Downtown Hanford. It will celebrate her life and share tips that could help save the lives of others.
